What are small group tours and companion recruitment?
Las Vegas Mania's Korean Guided Tour has a minimum number of participants required to depart.
This tour is based on departure for 4 or more people, and is suitable for 1 or 2 people.
If you make a reservation, we will recruit companions for that day and proceed with the tour when the minimum departure criteria is met.
As we run the most tours in Las Vegas, recruiting tour partners is easy.
Las Vegas Mania guarantees a smooth tour and quality travel by dividing the group into groups by limiting the maximum number of people per group to ensure that all seats are comfortable. We prepare vehicles according to the number of people reserved on that day.
We are recruiting companions up to 3 days before the tour date, and if recruitment is not possible,

Cancellation and Change Terms

If cancelled before tour departure: Full refund of payment
If you cancel after the tour departure is confirmed: 25% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If cancelled within 72 hours of tour departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If cancelled on the day of the tour (within 24 hours): The full payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation due to weather or local circumstances on the day of the tour: The full payment amount will be refunded.
