📅 Cancellation & Changes
Free cancellation and changes are allowed up to 48 hours before pickup time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Changes after driver assignment may incur additional fees.
In accordance with this policy, the full booking amount will be charged for cancellations that do not meet the conditions.

Late-night surcharge may apply for services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
For pickups in outlying areas of Las Vegas or special-request addresses, additional charges or service restrictions may apply.

⚠️ Vehicle Inspection & Tour Operation Notice
If any unexpected issues arise during vehicle inspection, we prioritize your safety. In such cases, the vehicle may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
Should this occur, we will promptly assign a replacement vehicle of equal or higher grade, or offer a full refund or rescheduling option with our sincere apologies.

While the minivan is equipped with 8 seats, we limit capacity to 5 passengers for optimal comfort on long journeys.

To enhance the travel experience, we leave certain less comfortable seats unassigned.
