Check-in is available 45 minutes before the tour starts. Please arrive with plenty of time.

Round-trip hotel pick-up is available as an optional extra.
Pickups are available 80-130 minutes prior to flight departure from select hotels on the Las Vegas Strip or downtown.
Actual pickup time may vary depending on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions.
If you would like to have your reservation picked up, please request it by phone when confirming your reservation.
If you are driving to the airport, please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure. The average trip from the Strip to Boulder City is 40-50 minutes.

All airline passengers will be weighed upon check-in.
If you weigh more than 300 pounds (136 kg), you will be charged an additional seat fee.
