🚌 Hotel Pickup & Drop Off Information
Pick-up/drop-off service available from major hotels in Las Vegas (must indicate hotel name when making reservation or inquire in advance)
Pickup time is approximately 1 hour before the tour date , and may vary depending on the location of the hotel. The exact time will be individually notified by the afternoon of the day before the tour .
After the tour, we will safely take you back to the departure point or a nearby hotel.
For hotels outside the Strip, you may be required to go to a designated pick-up location (please inquire and confirm in advance)
🎒Baggage Guide
Only one backpack per person is allowed (to prevent theft and loss).
Please leave any unnecessary luggage at the hotel bell desk before joining the tour.
If the allowable limit is exceeded, prior consultation with the guide is required .

Vehicles and guides are assigned flexibly depending on the number of people on the day .
This tour is operated as a group schedule , and individual actions or unauthorized departures are restricted .
Any behavior that causes discomfort to others (e.g. excessive drinking, verbal abuse, late arrival, etc.) may result in forced return home , in which case no refund will be given.
We and the company conducting the horseback riding tour are not responsible for any accidents (medical expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.) caused by the negligence of the traveler.
Upon arrival at the ranch, you must complete the Liability Waiver Form in English. A Korean translation of the Liability Waiver Form will be provided upon request to Las Vegas Mania. However, you must refer to the Korean translation and fill out the Liability Waiver Form provided by the ranch in English.
Please be especially careful with your valuables, as they will not be compensated for loss.
Las Vegas Mania can only help you book this activity, but you must follow the safety instructions of the actual ranch owner.

The organizer is not legally responsible for any accidents, losses, or injuries caused by the customer's negligence . If necessary, it is recommended to purchase personal travel insurance.
If you engage in any words or actions that may cause discomfort to others during the tour or leave the tour without permission, you may be forced to disembark or return home, and no refund will be given.
