Usually, it takes about 15 minutes to get from a Strip hotel to the Harry Reid Airport, depending on road and traffic conditions. So, we recommend you leave your hotel about 2 hours before your flight's departure time.

Things to note when making a reservation
[Passport and Visa]
1. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
2. If you have a regular passport, you must have a U.S. visa. If you do not have a U.S. visa, you must change to an e-passport and obtain an ESTA.
3. If you have a U.S. visa, it must be valid for the duration of your trip.
4. After the Visa Waiver Program, you can enter the United States without a visa using your electronic passport, but you must obtain prior ESTA approval (at least 72 hours prior to departure).
5. ESTA approval costs $14 and must be applied for individually.
6. Anyone who has been denied a visa or entry into the United States is not eligible to participate in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program.
7. Even if you receive pre-entry approval through ESTA, you may be denied entry at the discretion of the immigration officer at the time of entry into the United States.

Cancellation Terms
1. Cancellation before the tour departure is confirmed: Full refund
2. Cancellation after the tour departure is confirmed: 25% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation within 72 hours of tour departure: 50% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4. For cancellation on the day of the tour (within 24 hours): The full payment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
5. Cancellation due to weather or local circumstances on the day of the tour: Full refund

1. Cancellation 72 hours before the tour departure date: Cancellation or change is possible / Full refund.
2. Cancellation within 72 hours from the tour departure date: Refunds, cancellations and changes are not allowed.
3. Cancellation or no-show within 72 hours of tour departure will be considered as cancellation.
The full payment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4. Tour may be canceled on the day of departure due to weather or flight/bus company circumstances.
In this event, 100% of the payment amount will be refunded. (It takes 5 business days)
