항공편 추적 시스템을 통해 도착 시간을 실시간으로 모니터링합니다.

🚫 청구는 차량 이동이 아닌, 항공기 착륙 시점부터 시작됩니다.

대부분의 스트립 호텔 픽업은 1시간 이내 완료가 가능하나,

짐 지연·혼잡 또는 시내 외곽 지역의 목적지인 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

차량 점검 과정에서 예기치 못한 결함이 발생할 경우, 고객님의 안전을 최우선으로 고려하여 부득이하게 차량이 변경되거나 투어가 취소될 수 있음을 사전에 안내드립니다.
이러한 상황이 발생할 경우, 가능한 한 더 나은 등급의 대체 차량을 신속하게 배정해드리며, 투어 취소 시에는 전액 환불 또는 대체 일정 조정을 정중히 안내해드리겠습니다.

📅 Cancellation & Changes

Free cancellation and changes are allowed up to 48 hours before pickup time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Changes after driver assignment may incur additional fees.
In accordance with this policy, the full booking amount will be charged for cancellations that do not meet the conditions.
For any questions regarding this policy, please contact our reservation department.

Late-night surcharge may apply for services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
For pickups in outlying areas of Las Vegas or special-request addresses, additional charges or service restrictions may apply.
For groups of 5 or more or multi-destination pickups within the same reservation, please inquire separately.

⚠️ Vehicle Inspection & Tour Operation Notice

If any unexpected issues arise during vehicle inspection, we prioritize your safety. In such cases, the vehicle may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
Should this occur, we will promptly assign a replacement vehicle of equal or higher grade, or offer a full refund or rescheduling option with our sincere apologies.
