Check-in is available 45 minutes before the tour starts. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Round-trip hotel pick-up is optional.
Guests must request a pick-up when confirming their reservation or arrange their own transportation to the airport.
For some hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and downtown, pickups occur approximately 80 to 130 minutes prior to flight departure.
Pick-up times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic conditions, and time of day.

If you are going directly to the airport, please arrive 45 minutes before departure.
It usually takes 40-50 minutes to get from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City.

If you have chosen transportation, please request hotel pick-up when you confirm your reservation.
✅ Weight measurement and additional seat fee
All airline passengers are required to weigh themselves at check-in.
