Outdoor observation decks and certain thrill rides may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions such as strong winds or rain.
Refunds may be limited in such cases.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to enter the observation deck.
🕒 Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry is allowed after entering the observation deck.
Guests must keep their wristband or admission ticket for re-entry.
📸 Photography Rules
Personal photography is permitted, but tripods, lighting equipment, and drones are not allowed.

The thrill rides (X-Scream, Insanity, Big Shot) are not included in the admission ticket and must be purchased separately on-site.

All types of weapons: firearms, knives, axes, tasers, pepper spray, airsoft/BB/paintball guns, bows and arrows, crossbows, etc.
Items that could cause bodily harm: cigar cutters, box cutters, razor blades, brass knuckles, etc.
Blunt weapons and sports equipment: sticks, baseball bats, etc.
Power tools and hand tools
Dry ice, fireworks, flammable materials, and any substance containing gunpowder
Glass items: bottles, snow globes, etc.
Narcotics and infectious substances
Additional Prohibited Items
Toy weapons or replicas that resemble weapons
Balloons, parachute plush toys, urns, or cremated remains
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades
Drones and remote-controlled toys
