🚌 Hotel Pickup & Drop-off
Complimentary pickup and drop-off from most major hotels on the Las Vegas Strip (please provide your hotel name at the time of booking or contact us in advance).
Pickup is scheduled approximately 1 hour before tour time and may vary depending on hotel location. Exact pickup time will be confirmed by the afternoon prior to your tour.
After the tour, you will be safely returned to your original pickup hotel or a nearby drop-off point.
For hotels outside the Strip area, you may be asked to meet at a designated pickup location (please inquire in advance).

🎒 Luggage Policy
Only one backpack per person is allowed (to prevent loss and theft).
Please leave unnecessary luggage with your hotel bell desk before joining the tour.
Any excess luggage must be pre-approved by the guide.

Tour date is based on Las Vegas local time and date.
Vehicles and guides are assigned based on the number of participants on the day.
This is a group tour; independent activity or unauthorized departure from the group is not allowed.
Guests exhibiting inappropriate behavior (e.g. excessive drinking, verbal abuse, late arrival) may be removed from the tour without a refund.
We are not responsible for any injuries, medical expenses, or losses caused by the traveler’s negligence.
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver Form in English upon arrival at the ranch. A Korean translation is available upon request from Las Vegas Mania, but the official form must be completed in English.
Please do not leave valuables in the vehicle. Lost items are not the responsibility of the operator or the ranch.
Las Vegas Mania acts as a booking agent; guests must follow the ranch operator’s safety instructions at all times.
Minimum age: 7 years old. Children ages 7–16 are required to wear helmets (provided).
Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate.
